Service Packages
Virtual Doula Services - $500
When you choose this package, you will be provided the following services:

Initial call/videoconference with mama and partner at no cost to you.

Two prenatal calls/videoconferences.

One partner support call/videoconference. This is a visit specifically for partners where they will be taught ways in which they can support mama during pregnancy and labor, as well as postpartum. This visit focuses on how partners can be an active support and be there for mamas when they need it!

Phone/Email/Texting support throughout your pregnancy and until the postpartum visit.

Continuous on call availability for your birth.

Continuous support during active labor, the birth, and continuing up to two hours after birth. Virtual doula services can be tailored to your needs during the birth and are based on your comfort level. Anything from being there on videoconferencing consistently, to regular check-ins on the phone or via videoconference - this is truly up to the birthing family.

Follow up postpartum call/videoconference within two weeks after baby is born.
Birth Consultation and Planning Services - $300
When you choose this package, you will be provided the following services:

Initial interview with mama and partner at no cost to you.

Two prenatal visits. These visits are an ideal time to discuss your priorities and preferences for your birth. Prenatal visits allow you and your partner to feel knowledgeable about your options and prepared for what to expect during birth. These visits also give us the chance to learn more about each other and build a strong relationship.

Phone/Email/Texting support throughout your pregnancy, labor, and birth.

Follow up postpartum visit within two weeks after baby is born. At this visit, we will discuss your experience through labor and birth. I can also answer any questions or provide resources for you about life with your newborn.
A La Carte Virtual Services
If you would rather have a Doula that you can call on for reference and to ask specific questions you can choose
A La Carte Virtual Doula Services. These calls are scheduled and the topics that you would like to discuss should be provided beforehand so that I can make sure to have all of the necessary information to answer your questions.
Virtual Birth Doula A La Carte Services Menu
Services include: guidance with birth plan, discussion of labor and birth options, creating your birth environment and discussing postpartum plans, just to name a few!
